• “Products” means educational robotics kits, components, and accessories sold through our website.
• “Services” means our e-Learning platform, online courses, and competition administration.
• “Customer” means any individual, school, education centre, or organisation purchasing from us.
• “ACL” means the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant payment processing).
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping address provided.

7. e-Learning Platform

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. School and Bulk Orders

• Schools and education centres may request formal quotes via our contact page.
• School orders may be processed via Purchase Order (PO) subject to approval.
• Bulk pricing and School Pack options are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, course materials, software, and designs is the property of MRT Robotics Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase of Products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant Product.
