3. Shipping Charges

Standard Australian shipping is AUD 5 per complete robot kit, excluding GST. GST is calculated separately: AUD 5.50 per kit including GST. Two kits cost AUD 10 before GST. Digital learning has no physical shipping charge.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g. school term start, competition season), processing may take up to 5 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Parcels require a signature on delivery for orders over $200.
  • If you are not available, the carrier will leave a card with collection instructions.
  • We are not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected].
  2. Provide your order number and photographs of any damage (if applicable).
  3. We will lodge a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. School and Bulk Orders

For school and bulk orders (10+ kits), we may arrange dedicated courier delivery. Delivery timeframes and logistics will be confirmed in the formal quotation.

9. International Shipping
